| Develop characterization programs for mixed-signal SOC devices, design and plan all relevant hardware for the above, provide recommendations for DFT to design engineering: convert simulation test data to test vectors , plan, execute and take a role in projects with cross functional teams in completion to schedule, maintain and reportstatus of projects in a timely manner, support the transfer of products off-shore sites, become proficient in all mixed signal test techniques , support product engineering for yield improvement. |
