Develop wafer sort test program for mixed signal SOC devices, develop final test programs for mixed signal SOC devices, maintain and report status of the projects in a timely manner, support the transfer of products to off-shore sites, become proficient in all mixed signal test techniques, support product engineering with product introduction, provide coherent data to design engineering for test program debug.
