1.      Firmware development experience using ARM9 and/or MIPS microprocessors in assembly, C or C++.

2.      Must have hands-on experience with design and implementation of video/audio algorithms and architectures or mobile device firmware development.

3.      Must have experience with video/audio coding standards in MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264, AVS. Digital audio compression standards (MP3, AAC etc.).

1.      Embedded DSP firmware development, strong knowledge and exposure to software and hardware design is preferred.

1.      Organized and able to work on several projects concurrently. Understand individual responsibilities and how it ties with overall project.

2.      Must work independently and require minimal supervision.

3.      Good communication on both Chinese and English.
