Job Description:
1.This Product/Program Management Role is within Engineering Department.   
2.The role acts as the coordinator to work with cross functional core teams to develop, validate and commit on the program plan – scope, schedule & resources; we expect this person plays a key role in “Leading, Driving & Timely Reporting/Escalation” of the projects' progress, status and problems  
Requirements:  
1.1-2 years project management experience;   
2.Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in Engineering;    
3.Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills;       
4.No problem to work overtime;
